    While experience in management, food service, or business ownership is beneficial, it’s not essential. We value strong leadership and communication skills, genuine enthusiasm, and a passion for healthy living. With 3Natives, you’ll receive comprehensive training to support your journey toward becoming a successful business owner.

  • A strong candidate should have a net worth of at least $450,000, with a liquid capital of $175,000 or higher.

  • Our franchise fee is $39,500. A 3Natives Acai Cafe Franchise will initially cost between $310,500 – $523,500 to open. For more information, please see item 7 of our FDD.

  • There are various ways to finance a new business, such as Small Business Association (SBA) loans. 3Natives Acai Cafe is an SBA-approved franchise system.

  • We have a 6% royalty fee and a 2% marketing fund fee. Our current FDD will provide more details, and we would be happy to discuss the details with you!

  • We offer extensive training covering operations, marketing, and business management. You’ll benefit from a two-week, hands-on training session at our corporate location in Jupiter, FL. Additionally, our team will be on-site at your grand opening, providing on-site support for the first two weeks to ensure a smooth and successful launch.

  • The ideal 3Natives location is a high-traffic area of 1,000 to 1,400 square feet, preferably with an outdoor patio. It should be in a busy retail or shopping center with strong visibility and a steady flow of customers. Our target area attracts health-conscious individuals, particularly women, with a focus on high daytime traffic and accessibility.

  • The real estate process begins after you are awarded a franchise and sign the franchise agreement. Our in-house team will then assist you throughout the entire process, providing guidance and support every step of the way.

  • The discovery process typically takes 2 to 6 months, allowing you to be confident that this is the right decision for you. Once you sign the franchise agreement, your store must open within 9 months. We will support you through the buildout process to ensure you meet the timeline expectations.

  • A Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) is a legal document that franchisors must provide to potential franchisees before offering or selling a franchise. The FDD includes 23 key sections that detail information about the franchisor, the franchise opportunity, associated fees, the legal relationship between the franchisor and franchisee, and other essential details about the franchise offering.

  • This is a one-page document a prospective franchisee signs to acknowledge the Franchise Disclosure Document was received. Signing the receipt page does not obligate you to purchase a franchise nor does it obligate us to sell you a franchise.
